The Board of Christian Education oversees the children's educational program at our Church for pre-school through senior high. In addition, they plan the Christian education summer program, the Easter party, and the Christmas pageant. The children look forward to the Heifer Project each Spring, when they collect money for a special missions project of their choosing. Summer programs have included a production of the musical "It's Cool in the Furnace", a summer curriculum called "Build a Better World". Through interviews with church members and study, the children learned about places all over the world where people are working to improve the lives of others. The Board also recognizes the work of the Sunday school teachers at a special service each June, and provides special recognition for those young people being confirmed by presenting each with a bible.
